  4. Appointment of Authorized Officers / Liquidators at Co-operative Sugar Factories
  5. Election of Cooperative Sugar Factories
  6. Working of Multistate Cooperative Sugar Factories
  7. Establishment matters related Work
  8. To form a panel of Managing Directors of Co-operative Sugar Mills and to approve their appointment.
  9. Working of Establishment related matters of the Office & Officers & Employee.
