Executive Engineer

1. Conduct site visits and inspections of factories, provide technical guidance, and verify estimates for the expansion or modification of cooperative sugar factories.
2. Issue aerial distance certificates for proposed new sugar factories.
3. Maintain the Sakhar Sankul office building.
4. Recommend the issuance of IEM/Plant Codes for newly established sugar mills and amendments (such as name changes) in IEMs.
5. Conduct technical evaluations of tenders for the modification or expansion of cooperative sugar factories.
6. Handle matters related to the escalation of sugar factory cases.
