Work Procedure of Special Recovery Cell

  1. To collect information regarding Govt. financial assistance (Govt. Share Capital, Govt. loans, loans from financial institutions on Govt. guarantee and Govt. guarantee fee) etc. from co-operative sugar factories.
  2. To submit information on loans from financial institutions on Govt. guarantees and Govt. guarantee charges from cooperative sugar factories to the Govt. in Form B-3.
  3. To submit feedback on the pending Govt. financial assistance to the Govt. from the respective factories regarding various financial and administrative approval proposals, crushing licenses etc. of the cooperative sugar factories.
  4. Taking action for recovery of Govt. revenue.
